We also recommend a $150 - $250 allowance for miscellaneous materials that are "unknown" or change orders.

Note: This number includes demolition of the existing bathroom ("gutting" down to the studs), with re-plumbing and re-wiring, and installation of all the materials in this model.
There is a 7-day, 2+ person labor allowance for this project. Change orders and additional charges would be discussed with the homeowner before completion of the work.
